The Charles S. Roberts award, named after the founder of Avalon Hill and awarded to deserving wargames each year, has designater Battles in Normandy the Winner for "20th Century Era Wargame"! In second place within the same category was another Matrix Games title, War in the Pacific, which was developed by Gary Grigsby and 2by3 Games.
