Spiritual successor Black Ops leads this year's list, accompanied by Super Mario Galaxy 2, Heavy Rain, FIFA 2011, Red Dead Redemption, Halo Reach, Dance Central, Mass Effect 2, Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit and, for the first time ever, an online title - XBLA's Limbo.
"Our panel of experts have created a fantastic shortlist of the year’s top titles. We encourage everyone who enjoys playing games to vote for their favourite to win our award at this year’s GAME BAFTAs," said head of GAME's UK PR, Neil Ashurst. "This is the only award where the public have the chance to crown the best game of 2010. There is no foregone conclusion as you have all the power."
