AVN Online's Kathee Brewer to Speak at Sex in Video Games Conference

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

CHATSWORTH, California - April 18, 2006 - Kathee Brewer, AVN Online editor-at-large, will speak at the Sex in Video Games Conference June 8-9, 2006, at the Lodge at Union Square, San Francisco, California.

Brewer possesses 11 years of adult industry perspective, working first as a webmaster and since 2000 as an editor with AVN Online, the trade journal for digital content in adult entertainment industry. She will join moderator Jeb Havens and fellow panelist Dr. P. Sandor Gardos of MyPleasure.com in a discussion entitled "Integrating the Adult & Game Markets."

"I'm honored to be invited to participate in the first Sex in Video Games Conference," Brewer said. "There are some really exciting developments occurring on that front; I've been watching them with great interest for a couple of years now. Both gaming and adult entertainment are multi-billion dollar industries, and the nexus of the two of them is an exciting place to be."

The conference is the first of its kind, bringing together video game developers and the adult industry. This unique conference will focus on the design, development, and technology of risqué video games and will feature attendees and speakers from around the world.

The conference's two-day run features a keynote from Wired Sex Drive columnist Regina Lynn, numerous lectures, a machinima art show (erotic art and movies derived from video games), and panel discussions with leaders in video game development and the adult industry.

Suzanne Freyjadis-Chuberka, president of Evergreen Events expresses, "Kathee is an exciting addition to the Sex in Video Games Conference. Her insight on the adult industry will be highly valuable for the conference attendees."

In related news, AVN Online announced last week that it is the Premier Media Sponsor for the Sex in Video Games Conference. The media network brings much exposure to the conference's first show and spotlights the convergence of video games and adult content.
