Atari names Gloe as new Euro head

Christian Gloe, the head of Japanese operations at Atari, has been named as the executive vice president with responsibility for the group's European operation.
Gloe's industry career includes stints in charge at Virgin Germany and Crave Europe. He will continue to act as head of Japanese operations, with the European role being added to his portfolio.
Speaking to UK trade magazine MCV, Atari boss Bruno Bonnell said "Christian will work from the Hammersmith office and his appointment is a huge boost for the Euro operation.... We are looking to strengthen our performance in certain territories in Europe."
