Simon is known throughout the licensing and interactive industries for his work with Licensing Management International where he managed the company's New Media department. Simon has vast experience in licensing domestic and worldwide interactive rights for videogames and interactive properties.

Simon also has worked extensively with the development of new media strategies for third parties who wish to enhance their product offerings via the strategic acquisition or sale of intellectual property rights. This has included projects as diverse as PC titles for the Art Attack TV series, through to image rights valuations for professional sportsmen and athletes.
