Apple nabs Nintendo and Activision UK PR vets - report
Rumours suggest Rob Saunders and Nick Grange are both to join Apple
Industry gossip suggests that UK PR veterans Nick Grange and Rob Saunders have both left for new positions at Apple, although no official announcements have been made.
Saunders' surprise departure from Nintendo, just weeks after the launch of the 3DS, was announced earlier in the week. The head of PR and communications has worked at Nintendo for over seven years and is also a part of the BAFTA Video Games Committee.
Although other rumours have suggested that Saunders may be taking a new role at Electronic Arts, trade paper MCV suggests that he will join Apple - where he will oversee apps across all iOS devices.
It's also claimed that Nick Grange will be joining Apple, with his focus being on iPad hardware. Grange is currently Activision's European PR director and has also enjoyed significant stints at Electronic Arts and Microsoft.
