Kirchheim Teck, Germany, 06 May 2010 – The prequel to the famous Ankh adventure game series, developed by Deck13, is expected to be available from Prime Games on the App Store for the iPhone™, iPad™, and iPod™ touch at the end of May.
In this exciting hidden-object adventure, players go hunting for treasure in the role of the young and charming Thara, who is already familiar to players of the adventure series as the friend of the main character Assil. In Egypt, a ship vanishes without a trace on the Nile after the momentous plundering of a temple, taking the fabulous temple treasure with it. Together with Thara’s friends Ephraim, Shalom, and Schmuel, players set out to solve the riddle. The search for the treasure is not entirely selfless, since the quick-witted Thara must find a legendary, ancient artifact in order to save her deathly ill father.
In lovingly hand-painted, detailed scenes, players must keep an eye out for countless hidden artifacts, important clues, and wacky objects, garnished with subtle humor. The help function is available at any time while solving the tricky puzzles.
