Anirah: Riddle of the Pharaohs
Egyptian-themed puzzler hits version 1.2.
For Immediate Release
Scarborough Maine - September 4, 2010 - Lost Luggage Studios releases v1.2 of "Anirah: Riddle of the Pharaohs", an ancient Egyptian-themed puzzle game best described as, "Similar to MahJongg, but with math".
Not the typical Match-3 type of game, in Anirah you are given a target number and can select as many tiles as it takes to total that number.
Tiles can be selected if they can freely slide off the board - straight up, down, left, or right. You can make a match with three tiles, ten tiles, or even just one tile. The goal is to clear the board and proceed to the next round.
4 gameplay modes -- including timed modes and Dice Modes that generate new target numbers after each match.
3 Difficulty settings.
8 sets of tile graphics -- some allow "Ridiculous Mode" (without numbers drawn on them) for an extra challenge.
The not-very-secret Geek Mode to really twist your mind with binary and hexadecimal arithmetic.
Language Support -- Built-in support for multiple language files.
Multiple screen resolutions -- runs in 800x600 for compatibility with older machines and up to 1920x1200 for higher end machines.
Supports Apple Mac OSX (Snow Leopard), Windows 7 and Linux operating systems (32-bit & 64-bit).
Anirah costs $9.95 and has a 30-minute trial demo. Download at www.LostLuggageStudios.com. If you currently own Anirah for Windows there is a smaller update package to the newest version available for free.
