To all you budding animators and computer game developers out there - it's that time of the year again when the Animex Award gears up to receive a plethora of student work that celebrates all that is magical in the field of animation and games art from around the globe.
This year sees the introduction of a new category for those of you who prefer to work with more traditional animation production techniques. The new Stop Motion Award recognises and rewards those of you who are looking to follow in the foot steps of Nick Park and the crew at Aardman Animation studios.
So, if you haven't already received your copy of the Animex Awards 2009 application form just download one from the Animex Awards website. Alternatively you can submit your Quicktime movie electronically courtesy of our new upload facility.
