Hamburg, March 28 th, 2011 – Today Mail.ru Games presents with the award winning fantasy-MMORPG “Allods Online” the first Online-Game to be completely localized in the Turkish Language to the general public. Anyone interested in playing the game during the Open Beta stage can now register via www.allodstr.com and enjoy the elaborate title even before the official Release. Any beta tester will be able to access this game that has been especially tailored for the Turkish market via a prime server connection. Amongst many other features the title incorporates several prominent Turkish speakers who lent their voices to different characters within the game. With a budget of 12 million Dollars “Allods Online” is the most sumptuous client based games ever to be developed in Russia.
“Allods Online” is a graphical extravagant fantasy-MMORPG that enthralls the player with its unique game world and the engaging storyline. The players may chose among six different races and eight classes that are further developed throughout the course of the game via a multitude of abilities. In order to be able to get to otherwise inaccessible locations in the game world the player uses so called Astral Ships that can be built with the appropriate recourses. These ships can be enhanced, modified and support the player in epic PvP Battles as well as in PvE fights against almighty daemons.
Mail.ru Games is pushing the envelope for the localization of games for the Turkish market with the unusual lavish translational work on “Allods Online”: Over one million words and 2700 separate language files were localized and thousands of item as well as locations were completely redesigned, in order to mirror the cultural uniqueness. Adding to this are the voice of the well known actors Mustafa Sen („Vizontele“, „Abdülhamit Düserken“, „Kurtlar Vadisi“ and „Baba Ocagi“), Zaven Çigdemoglu („Komser Sekspir“, „Propaganda“, „Romantik“) and Elif Idiz. But also famous musicians like Ete Kurttekin, Safa Hendem, Murat Cem Orhan, Gürkan Kömürcü and Asli Demirer lent their voices to characters in the game. This makes “Allods Online” the first MMORPG to be completely localized in the Turkish language on the market.
