Alliance teams up with Abrams/Gentile to launch new games range

New York-based Alliance Distributors Holding has announced that it has entered into a joint venture with youth and family-focused entertainment company Abrams/Gentile.

In accordance with the terms of the deal, the companies will work together to "develop, manufacture, market and sell consumer electronic and videogame products."

Alliance Distributors is a wholesale distributor of gaming products for manufacturers and third-party publishers, supporting all current-gen platforms.

"We think that we can improve our margins by adding our own brand of products to the third-party products that we already offer to our customers," said marketing VP David Devor.

"The success of Abrams/Gentile Entertainment Inc. in developing and licensing products makes them the right partner for us to team up with."

Abrams/Gentile has been creating, developing and producing youth consumer products and family brand entertainment since 1986. The company's portfolio of properties includes Sky Dancers, Dragon Flyz and Bucky O'Hare, and it has previously produced Nintendo games with Konami and Crave Entertainment.
