Allegorithmic Announces "Substance" Session at GDC 2008

CLERMONT-FERRAND, France - Feb. 12, 2008 - Allegorithmic, an emerging 3D technology company developing advanced texturing tools for real-time 3D content creation, today announced it will sponsor a "Substance" session during the 2008 Game Developers® Conference (GDC). This session will demonstrate how Substance, Allegorithmic's new generation of texturing middleware, is redefining production and distribution pipelines for next-generation game developers. Being shown for the first time at GDC, Substance provides game developers with a professional set of tools for creating high-quality textures that are generated in real-time to optimize data streaming and create changing environments.
The "Substance" session is scheduled for Wed., Feb. 20, 12-1 p.m. in room 134. The session will feature Dr. Sebastien Deguy, president and founder of Allegorithmic, as well as speakers from NCsoft Europe and industry influencers who have worked with such high-profile publishers as Electronic Arts and Ubisoft Montreal.
