Select which character you'd like to play as, choosing from male and female avatars. You can then take on a friend or compete against the computer's three difficulty levels. Don't worry if you don't know how to play - full rules are included for each game.
Games included:
Backgammon - this classic game is more than 5,000 years old and remains popular with all ages. You must get your pieces across the board and off the other side before your opponent. A game of strategy and skill. Reversi/Othello - you must corner your rival's tiles and turn them into yours. The player with the most at the end of the game is the winner. Draughts/Checkers - you must capture your challenger's pieces by jumping over them, moving only diagonally across the board. The winner is the one that catches all their opponent's checkers. Peg Solitaire - a one player game, where you jump pegs over one another into the empty hole behind, removing it from the board. You must be left with one on the board. Snakes and Ladders - the fun game where ladders can leap you ahead and snakes can slide you back down the game board. The winner reaches the end of the board first. Chess - one of the world's most popular board games. Think ahead, you must capture your rival's King before they get yours! Chinese Checkers - with a board shaped like a star, you must be the first player to get all your pegs into the opposite point of the star. Nine Men's Morris - the object of the game, remove all your enemies pieces from the board. An ancient game of strategy dating back to 1300 BC. Pachisi - Dating back to the 1920's, players have four game pieces each and must get them all the way around the board and back to the home squares without being caught by your adversary. Blocked - A race to get one of your pegs to the home square before your foe, either block them in with barricades or jump on them to send them back to their home square. Catch the Hat - catch your rival's hats and return them to your home square to render them out of the game. The winner is the one that captures all the other player's hats.
