Alcon Anime Convention

LOS ANGELES, CA - AUG. 3 - It has been announced that Spike Spencer will be appearing as a guest at the Alcon Anime Convention in Leicester England September 9th-12th 2010.

Alcon is a fun and friendly 700-person anime convention running from Thursday 9th - Sunday 12th September 2010 at De Montfort University in Leicester. We have everything from an anime night-club, companies to buy anime goodies from, screenings of the latest anime, a bar, artists alley, cosplay cafe, DDRing, a J-Culture room, Cosplay Hangout, roleplaying, Card Gaming and much much more. It's a four day event and all for just £29. On site accommodation at £30 a night is also available. Four almighty clans line up. Only ONE will win that ellusive Alcon trophy (rumored to contain the convention's soul)! Will it be those sneaky ninjas, those wicked vamps, those manic mecha, or those pesky pirates? YOU, the member, shall decide! When you register you pick your clan! You are then in that clan, and can earn points for them over the convention to help them toward victory! Points are calculated by who wins events, who helps out, and so forth! Your conbadge will reflect which clan you are in.

ABOUT SPIKE SPENCER:

An accomplished actor, Spike Spencer has worked onscreen with such notable stars as Tommy Lee Jones, Sandra Bullock, Frank Langella, Tia Carrere, and Scott Glenn.
