AEGF signs deal with champion skier

Bode Miller skiing games to hit mobiles in January.

AEGF Mobile Games has signed a deal with reigning double world champion skier Bode Miller to produce mobile games using his name and likeness.

As part of the two-year, worldwide exclusive deal, Miller will have creative input into the games, the first of which will be released in January. It will be branded and supported by NBC Sports, with whom AGEF recently signed a major deal.

"I am really psyched about this mobile game. I am on my phone and PDA all the time on the road - now I can ski anywhere in the world," Miller said.

Earlier this year Miller became the first American to win the World Cup Overall Title since 1983. He is now in training for the 2006 Winter Olympics, to be held in Torino, Italy.

"Bode's amazing accomplishments and star power place him in the

upper echelons of the world's athletes," said AEGF Mobile Games president Marcus Ticotin.

"Creating and selling mobile games based on his great abilities and style is a great thrill for our team, and we believe playing them will be the same for the playing public."

NBC Sports president Ken Schanzer added: "Bode has been instrumental in the development of the new game that is designed to showcase his unique and exciting skiing style."

"We look forward to introducing more games based on a variety of sports in the coming months."
