Acclaim to distribute Bam! titles in Europe

Publisher Acclaim has signed a deal with Bam! Entertainment which will see it providing a distribution channel for a number of forthcoming titles in Europe, including the multi-platform release of the company's Wallace & Gromit title.

Other titles included under the deal include the PS2 and GameCube incarnations of Carmen Sandiego: Secret of the Stolen Drum, Ice Nine on PS2, and Cartoon Network properties Dexters Laboratory (PS2, Cube) and Powerpuff Girls: Relish Rampage Pickled Edition (Cube).

"We are pleased to have entered into this agreement with Bam!, as their line-up will enhance our growth in the international territories," explained Acclaim CEO Rod Cousens. "BAM! has a wide range of products for this year and beyond, which will strengthen Acclaim's international distribution and benefit BAM! by helping to maximise the equity of their brands."
