A Tale in the Desert

New "Bastet" server launched (and careful how you say that).

Pittsburg, PA– February 19, 2010 – A Tale in the Desert, an MMO with the most complex and challenging crafting system in existence, is launching Bastet, a new server repeating telling 4. It will open at 9 AM Eastern on February 20, 2010. Players will be able to get into the game and start building a society from scratch. The world will be empty, as everything in the game is player-made. A Tale in the Desert boasts the most advanced tradeskill system ever devised in an MMO, coupled with social gameplay and group tasks that take the whole playerbase to complete.

The real appeal of Bastet will be that for the first time, every test is coded in the game, so the speed of the telling will only be limited by how quickly players can unlock the content. This new server will also allow players the opportunity to become influential in a new world where seasoned players will be in limited supply. This unprecedented experiment promises to be full of excitement and new experiences.
