2K Games Announces New Dungeon Siege Titles

Acclaimed Franchise Expands on PC and PSP™ (PlayStation®Portable) system

New York, NY - March 16, 2006 - 2K Games, a publishing label of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTWO), today announced that it has acquired publishing rights to

selected titles in Gas Powered Games' critically acclaimed Dungeon Siege series. The first new title to be published by 2K Games will be Dungeon Siege II: Broken World, an expansion pack for the award-winning PC game Dungeon Siege II, followed by Dungeon Siege: Throne of Agony, an all-new entry in the Dungeon Siege series, for the PSPTM (PlayStation®Portable) system. Dungeon Siege II: Broken World for the PC is expected to be available this summer and Dungeon Siege: Throne of Agony for the PSP system is planned for release this fall. 2K Games has also secured publishing rights to the back catalog of Dungeon Siege titles.

"The Dungeon Siege series has always been known for its beautiful graphics and great single and multiplayer gameplay," said Christoph Hartmann, Managing Director of 2K Games.

"2K Games is fully committed to expanding the franchise on PC and the PSP system."

Dungeon Siege II: Broken World picks up right where Dungeon Siege II left off with an all-new campaign mode, a new playable race, more items to discover and a brand new multi-class character development system. Dungeon Siege II: Broken World will require the full version of Dungeon Siege II.

"We're thrilled to be working with 2K Games," said Chris Taylor, Founder and Creative Director of Gas Powered Games. "We're expanding the Dungeon Siege universe on the PC with a new campaign and opening up even more new territory on the PSP system with a second, unique adventure that you can stuff in your backpack and take with you wherever you go."

Dungeon Siege: Throne of Agony for the PSP system, under development by SuperVillain Studios, is an entirely new adventure created specifically for the handheld system. The title features all-new playable characters and a freshly designed, non-linear, single player campaign as well as support for Ad Hoc co-operative and competitive multiplayer games.

"SuperVillain Studios is very excited to team up with Gas Powered Games and 2K Games on the development of Dungeon Siege: Throne of Agony for the PSP system," said Tim Campbell,

co-founder and project lead at SuperVillain Studios. "This title represents an important step for the Dungeon Siege franchise by extending it for the first time ever onto a new platform, merging together the incredibly rich legacy of the Dungeon Siege universe with a fresh, handheld-oriented gameplay experience."
