FOR RELEASE

Arlington, Va., May 9, 2005 - Emerging technologies, digital imaging exhibitors and a number of vertical market TechZones will take center stage as the International CES expands to the Sands Expo and Convention Center in 2006. The 2006 International CES, the world's largest annual consumer technology tradeshow, will run January 5-8, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The Sands will serve as the new destination for Innovations Plus at the 2006 International CES. "The Sands is gearing up to be one of the hottest destinations at the 2006 International CES," said Karen Chupka, vice president of events and conferences at the Consumer Electronics Association (CEA), the producer of the International CES. "With Innovations Plus as an anchor and a focus on hip, new technologies, the Sands will be the place to see the leading-edge of consumer technologies."

Emerging technologies will highlight the agenda at the Enabling Technology Forums conference sessions and digital imaging will take center stage in the Flash Forward display. Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) also will be a big focus at Innovations Plus with the pulver.com-sponsored Consumer VoIP Summit and Consumer VoIP TechZone.

"The Consumer VoIP TechZone and Consumer VoIP Summit again will showcase the next generation of IP-enabled devices and the new service providers that make them possible," said Jeff Pulver, founder of Pulver.com. "By moving to Innovations Plus at the Sands in 2006, we will be able to double the size of the Consumer VoIP TechZone and highlight the latest trends in the VoIP industry at the International CES."
