10TACLE successful on Games Convention
The first real presentation on the trade show GC was all positive for 10TACLE STUDIOS AG
Darmstadt, 25 August 2005: The Games Convention 2005 established a new record with 134,000 visitors and also 10TACLE STUDIOS who, for the first time, took part in the trade show in their own right this year were more than delighted at the tremendous responsiveness by the visitors. The part of the booth which was accessible to the general public was constantly "besieged" by hundreds of gamers who - apart from the adventure game "Black Buccaneer" - could for the first time try their hand at the forthcoming motor sport highlight "GT Legends". Coinciding with the GC was the launch of the demo version of the title that has received numerous accolades from the press even before its release.
Also in the Business Center the feedback to the forthcoming 10TACLE line-up was extremely positive. The world premiere of the Elvish action epic "Elveon" by 10TACLE STUDIOS Slovakia was one of the most discussed projects on the GC - one factor definitely was the official announcement of the conclusion of a agreement with Mark Rein and Epicgames on the licensing of the Unreal® Engine 3 for this promising project. Also the acquisition of the title "Codename Panzers II" by the Hungarian developer Stormregion that will be released in the future by 10TACLE attracted people's attention.
All of this is very promising. In this context it also has to be mentioned that more than 100 investors and shareholders accepted the invitation of the 10TACLE CEO Michele Pes in order to get an idea of the company and this fast expanding sector on the Games Convention: "The trade show was a great success for us. 10TACLE proved to be very open and outgoing to the general public and this is why it received a lot of positive feedback from the gamers, the media, the partners in the industry and our investors. 10T is on the right track and even at this point we are already looking forward to the GC 2006!"
