Rockstar Games Announces Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories for the PSP™ Portable Entertainment System

The latest title in the blockbuster Grand Theft Auto series to be available exclusively for Sony’s portable system this Fall Title to be shown behind closed doors at E3

New York, NY - May 17, 2005 - Rockstar Games, the world-renowned publishing label of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTWO), is proud to announce Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories. Developed by Rockstar Leeds in conjunction with series creators Rockstar North, Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories will be available exclusively on the PSPTM portable entertainment system in North America and Europe following the European launch of the PSP system on September 1, 2005. Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories will be shown by invitation only at E3.
