Immersion Games unveils Mexico studio
Expansion is part of ambition to create new IP and share the workload from Colombia base
Immersion Games has announced that it has opened a new studio in Guadalajara, Mexico, as part of an effort to handle increased workload and create new IP.
The studio will be working on new titles but began operations recently by providing support to the pre-existing studio in Bogota, Colombia. While serving as a point of contact for clients and publishers in the region, the Mexico studio will exploit initiatives from the government designed to support the country's games industry.
Immersion Games, the developer of CellFactor and Monster Madness, is currently working on two projects - an unannounced FPS and arcade game.
