Ensemble co-founder establishes new studio
Robot Entertainment formed by Tony Goodman and ex-Age of Empires vets
The co-founder of Ensemble Studios, Tony Goodman, has formed a new studio along with a number of other staffers at the former Microsoft Games Studios.
The new developer, Robot Entertainment, houses veterans of the Age of Empires developer, according to Gamasutra, however no details were offered on any upcoming projects or whether the studio will continue to focus on real time strategy titles.
Ensemble was closed down by Microsoft on completion of its last project Halo Wars, an RTS for the Xbox 360 based on the FPS franchise.
Late last month, it was revealed that two new studios would spring out of Ensemble's closure, and that one of the studios would continue to support Halo Wars.
