New iPhone publishing brand from Chillingo.

United Kingdom– 26th May 2009 – Chillingo has today announced that it has launched a new iPhone publishing brand - Clickgamer.com which will carry casual games and software applications in the Apple App Store. This new brand will fully complement Chillingo’s existing catalogue of AAA innovative titles.

Chillingo are the publishers of popular iPhone and iPod touch titles including the award winning Zen Bound that won multiple awards at the recent Independent Games Festival (IGF) Mobile 2009 and the International Mobile Gaming Awards (IMGA). Their recent title "iDracula – Undead Awakening" zoomed up the App Store charts days after its release. Recent titles include Wii turned iPhone title Toki Tori & award winning board game Zooloretto.

As a wholly owned subsidiary of Chillingo, clickgamer.com owns a legacy business that includes publishing mobile content for various platforms including Windows Mobile, Symbian, RIM BlackBerry and J2ME in the mobile value chain. Clickgamer.com will now be publishing casual games and software applications for the iPhone and iPod touch as well.

“This moves allows Chillingo to focus the Chillingo brand on AAA titles, and at the same time allow us to leverage our marketing resources to promote clickgamer.com to support the publishing of high quality titles across various genres in the App Store” said Joe Wee, Director and co-founder of Chillingo.

Clickgamer.com has recently published casual games Tankz by Sector 3, Dragon Panic by Binary Square, Reminder Professional by Gigabyte Solutions Ltd, Hacker Evolution by Exosyphen, the complete ZingMagic board and card games catalogue and the complete iPhone catalogue of PPCLink Mobile Software.
