Applications open for London Games Festival 2017 fringe events

eSports and student conference already announced for week-long festival

London Games Festival is now just two months away, and the organisers have opened the event up to meet-up organisations, games companies and media brands once again.

The London Games Festival Fringe is a series of independently-run events of all sizes, which can include product launches, theatre shows, concerts, conferences and workshops. Already three events have been confirmed, including a series of talks at VideoBrains, the eSCon Europe 2017: eSports Conference and UKIE's Student Conference.

The festival organiser Games London says events that take place in unique spaces, or in underrepresented parts of the city, are especially welcome.

Applications are now open for companies that wish to participate in the Festival Fringe, with a deadline of February 13th. Contact roz.tuplin@games.london for an application form. More info can be found right here.

The London Games Festival kicks off on March 30th with our very own EGX Rezzed event at Tobacco Docks. GamesIndustry.biz will also be running a series of events, including Meet The Indies at Rezzed, a revamped Careers Fair, a GamesIndustry.biz 100 networking drinks and more to be announced very soon.
